At Clipper Tea Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the item within 14 days of receipt.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Pack Your Tea

  Carefully pack the unopened tea products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
